Directions to Newberry College, Newberry, SC.

FROM COLUMBIA (East):

Take I-26 west to the second Newberry exit, which is State route 34 (Exit #74) Cross the bridge over the interstate and head toward Newberry.  After about 2 miles (more or less) you will come to a stoplight at the Hardees; turn right onto US 76 (Wilson Blvd.) and travel to the second light.  At that point you will have passed the Food Lion on the left.  Turn LEFT onto Evans Street.  This road will take you past the back of the hospital, to and through a 4-way stop, and through a residential area.  At the far end of the residential area you will suddenly come upon the edge of campus.  If you wish, take an immediate left into a parking lot of the Math & Science Building; or you can continue to the end of the road and light at College Street; turn right and Wiles Chapel is one block on the right just before the main entrance to the college.

FROM GREENVILLE/SPARTANBURG (North & West):

Take I-26 or I-385 (which becomes I-26) east.  Get off at Exit 72, which is state route 121 to Newberry.  Turn right and continue several miles to the stoplight at US 76; continue on through.  Route 121 becomes College Street after about a mile.  DO NOT turn right onto route 121 bypass.  Eventually you will see a cemetery on the left and the football stadium just after that and subsequently the main entrance to the college and Wiles Chapel just past that.

FROM SALUDA AND GREENWOOD (South):

Take State route 121 (from Saluda) or State route 34 (from Greenwood) toward Newberry.  As you get close to Newberry take bypass State route 121; that will be a left turn.  Follow this road several miles to a traffic light (Pope Street).  Cars can turn right at Pope Street and follow it several blocks (over the RR tracks and through a stop light; about a mile) directly to the main entrance to the college on College Street.  Busses may wish to stay on route 121 (which becomes 4-lane and crosses RR tracks) until the second light and turn right onto College Street; the college would then be within a mile on the left just past the cemetery and football stadium.
